How to check a certificate yourself
A certificate copy from a supplier is a claim. These are the registers that turn it into evidence.
Check the 2026 certificates
- Scan the QR code printed on the certificate; it opens the registrar’s own record for the certificate number
- Search the company name on China’s national certification register run by the CNCA (cx.cnca.cn); CNAS-accredited management-system certificates are listed there
- Check the business license code 91410711MA46RXJG9M on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (gsxt.gov.cn)
- Confirm the audit address matches the factory address on this site and on the license
What a valid certificate does not prove
- That a profile meets a load standard, a fire class or a design code; that is a product test program
- That a machine carries CE marking or meets the EU Machinery Regulation; see the readiness guide
- That a die or a line will pass acceptance; that is the FAT and SAT scope in your contract
- That the certificate is still valid on the day you read it; ask for the current copy

Questions buyers ask
Certificate questions
- Is Henan Zhongsheng ISO 9001 certified?
- Yes. The factory holds a GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 certificate issued on 11 September 2026 by Zhongqi Hexin Certification Center (ZQHX), a CNAS-accredited registrar, valid to 10 September 2029. It covers the production and sale of FRP pultruded profiles, dies and pultrusion equipment. Earlier ISO 9001 certificates ran from 2020 to 2023 (World Standardization Certification Center) and 2023 to 2026 (Zhejiang Quanpin Certification).
- Does the factory hold ISO 14001 and ISO 45001?
- Yes. ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates were issued by the same registrar on 11 September 2026 with the same scope and validity. ISO 14001 was also held from 2023 to 2026.
- Why are some certificate numbers not shown?
- Where the published copy is too small to read a number with confidence, we do not retype it. The business license code and the High-tech Enterprise number are legible and are stated. The legible scans with every number go out with the quotation and can be checked on the registrar’s register and the CNCA national register.
- What do the High-tech Enterprise and SRDI recognitions mean?
- National High-tech Enterprise status (certificate GR202341002687, November 2023, three years) is a government recognition based on R&D spending, patents and technical staff. The Henan provincial SRDI SME plaque (May 2024) recognizes a specialized small or medium enterprise. Neither is a product certification.
- Are the 2024 reports audited?
- The CSR report is self-published by the factory. The greenhouse gas verification report and the product carbon footprint report name their verifying or evaluating body inside the PDF. Read that statement before relying on either in a tender; we do not summarize their figures here.
- Does ISO 9001 certify the profiles or the machines?
- No. ISO 9001 certifies the factory’s quality management system. It does not certify a profile to a load standard, a rebar to a design code or a machine to the EU Machinery Regulation. Product conformity is agreed per order with its own test program and documents.
- Can you send the originals for a tender file?
- We send scanned copies issued by the factory, stamped and dated, together with the business license. Notarized or legalized copies are quoted as a pass-through service when the tender requires them.
