How to use this buyer edition
Start with the product drawing, resin process and required output. The machine families below cover pulling and product-specific production functions. Use them to define an equipment package, then agree tooling, auxiliary equipment, installation and factory acceptance testing in the quotation.
A pull-force or model designation does not establish finished-profile throughput. Compare grip geometry, product handling and the whole production sequence. Agree output and quality on a named resin, die and trial product, and identify the warranty party in the written quotation.
Chapter 01
Haoli hydraulic pultrusion machine
A hydraulic pultrusion machine uses reciprocating clamps to pull resin-impregnated reinforcement through a heated die. Haoli lists the HL YLJ series for constant-section composite profiles. Select the machine around the section drawing, resin, gripping geometry and required trial; confirm the current configuration with Haoli before ordering.

A servo hydraulic pultrusion machine combines hydraulic gripping and traction with servo drive control. Haoli lists HL SYLJ-20T, HL SYLJ-30T and HL SYLJ-40T configurations. Review the pulling and clamping ratings separately, together with the section envelope, heating arrangement, control interfaces and an agreed material trial.

Chapter 03
Haoli caterpillar pultrusion machine
A caterpillar pultrusion machine pulls the composite profile between continuous tracks. Haoli publishes three configurations with different pulling ratings, clamping windows and contact lengths. Select the track contact, grip pressure and profile support around wall thickness and surface requirements, then verify the proposed production conditions in a material trial.

Prepare a production-equipment enquiry
- Product drawings, resin system, reinforcement layout and number of simultaneous profiles.
- Required output and working schedule, with the proposed trial product and acceptance criteria.
- Site layout, electrical supply, utilities and installation constraints.
- Scope for dies, creels, cutting, controls, guarding, spares, commissioning and operator training.
