Finished FRP product
Custom FRP profiles
Custom FRP profiles are specified around a particular cross-section and end use. Henan Zhongsheng lists radome profiles and ladder rungs among its custom products. These examples identify product forms, not universal radio-frequency, electrical or structural qualifications. Provide the operating requirements so the proposed section and material can be reviewed together.

Match the section to your project.
State the functional requirements
For a radome, define the required RF assessment; for a rung, identify assembly and test requirements. Ask for applicable evidence.
Control design changes
Assign drawing revisions and agree sample approval, tooling charges and rights to supplied design files.
Review the configuration with engineering before the quotation is finalized.

Supply workflow
From product specification to delivery
Use these stages to define responsibilities, interfaces and the evidence needed at handover.
- 01
Review the design package
Define geometry, function and critical interfaces.
- 02
Agree the technical proposal
Confirm material, finish, secondary operations and qualification scope.
- 03
Approve sample criteria
Set dimensional and functional checks before production authorization.
- 04
Review production delivery
Match parts, revisions and agreed records to the accepted order.
Scope of supply
Define the supply package and its options
Request an itemized quotation against these lists. A catalogue description does not confirm that every item is included.
Product and work to specify
- Profile quantities, dimensions and cut lengths identified in the accepted quotation
- Packaging, lot identification and inspection documents as agreed
Options and services to price separately
- Special machining, project testing and samples: confirm charges
- Freight and any custom tooling: itemize if required
Applications
Applications to discuss with engineering
- Antenna-cover components
- Ladder components requiring assembly qualification

- Quantity, lengths and secondary operations
- Material, color and surface preferences
- Sample approval and project testing requirements
- Delivery date, destination and packaging needs
Agree the acceptance evidence
- Verify drawing revision and critical dimensions.
- Check nominated mating parts and mounting features.
- Inspect appearance against an approved reference.
- Review contracted functional tests and lot records.
Commercial terms
Who you contract with
- Manufacturer
- Henan Zhongsheng Composite Material Co., Ltd.
- Warranty party and term
- Henan Zhongsheng Composite Material Co., Ltd.; term and coverage confirmed in the written quotation.
- Contracting party and exporter of record

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
- Is a new die required for every order?
- The factory must assess the drawing and available tooling. Any tooling cost and ownership terms should appear separately in the offer.
- Does a ladder-rung listing certify a finished ladder?
- No. Component supply does not establish assembly certification. Agree the product and assembly testing responsibilities for your project.
